Welcome to ShowTickit ("ShowTickit", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.showtickit.com, our mobile applications (if any), and all related products, services, software, features, and content provided by ShowTickit (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, including purchasing, reserving, or attempting to purchase tickets for any movie, event, activity, attraction, workshop, sports event, concert, or other experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "You", or "Your") and ShowTickit.

1. Nature of Service

The ShowTickit.com website ("Website") is an internet-based ticket booking and event discovery platform owned and operated by ShowTickit Entertainment ("ShowTickit"), having its registered office at:

ShowTickit provides an online marketplace that enables Users to discover, browse, compare, and purchase tickets for movies, live events, concerts, theatre performances, comedy shows, exhibitions, festivals, workshops, sporting events, amusement parks, tourist attractions, activities, and other entertainment experiences offered by independent cinemas, event organizers, promoters, venue operators, exhibitors, and other business partners throughout India.

The Platform is designed solely to facilitate ticket discovery and booking. ShowTickit does not organize, host, produce, manage, promote, supervise, or conduct the majority of events displayed on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

The responsibility for conducting an event, screening a movie, maintaining venue facilities, ensuring security, managing seating arrangements, complying with applicable laws, obtaining necessary licenses, and delivering the advertised experience remains solely with the respective organizer, exhibitor, cinema operator, venue owner, or event partner.

Information displayed on the Platform, including event descriptions, schedules, artist line-ups, venue details, seat layouts, pricing, images, videos, promotional material, and other content, is generally supplied by organizers or partners. While ShowTickit makes reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is accurate and up to date, it does not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or current at all times.

ShowTickit reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any event listing, movie, service, feature, category, promotion, or functionality on the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Availability of tickets displayed on the Platform does not guarantee successful booking. Ticket inventory is controlled by organizers, cinemas, or venue operators and may change without notice.

ShowTickit may partner with third-party payment gateways, SMS providers, email service providers, WhatsApp Business, mapping services, analytics providers, ticket validation partners, and other technology vendors for the purpose of operating the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain services may be provided through such third-party providers.

Certain events, cinemas, organizers, venues, promotional campaigns, payment methods, memberships, or partner services may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Such terms shall form an integral part of these Terms. In case of any inconsistency, the specific terms applicable to the particular service shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

ShowTickit reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform or decline any booking request where required by law, suspected fraud, technical limitations, organizer instructions, security concerns, or any other legitimate business reason.

The Platform may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, server failures, network issues, force majeure events, or other technical reasons. ShowTickit shall make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms or any service shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Account" means the registered profile created by a User to access certain features and services offered through the Platform.

"Booking" means a successful reservation or purchase of one or more tickets through the Platform after receipt of payment confirmation.

"Convenience Fee" means the service charge collected by ShowTickit for providing ticket booking and related services through the Platform.

"Customer", "User", "You", or "Your" means any individual or entity accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the Platform.

"Event" means any movie screening, concert, theatre performance, comedy show, workshop, sports event, exhibition, festival, amusement park, attraction, activity, or any other experience made available for booking through the Platform.

"Event Organizer" means any individual, company, institution, exhibitor, cinema operator, promoter, venue owner, or other business entity responsible for organizing, conducting, or managing an Event.

"Platform" means the ShowTickit website, mobile application (if available), APIs, software, and all related digital services operated by ShowTickit.

"Privacy Policy" means the Privacy Policy published by ShowTickit, as amended from time to time, explaining how personal information is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

"QR Code Ticket" means a digitally generated ticket containing a unique QR Code or barcode used for event or cinema entry verification.

"Services" means all services provided by ShowTickit, including event discovery, ticket booking, payment processing facilitation, electronic ticket delivery, customer support, notifications, and any related services offered through the Platform.

"Terms" means these Terms & Conditions together with all policies, notices, guidelines, and other legal documents published by ShowTickit.

"Venue" means the cinema, theatre, stadium, auditorium, amusement park, convention center, or any other location where an Event is conducted.

3. User Eligibility

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

3.1 Legal Capacity

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India.

If you are under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for your use of the Platform and compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, complete, current, and accurate information while creating an account, purchasing tickets, or communicating with ShowTickit.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of bookings, suspension of your account, or legal action where applicable.

3.3 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and governmental orders.

You shall not use the Platform for any activity that is fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harmful to ShowTickit, its partners, event organizers, or other users.

3.4 Right to Refuse Service

ShowTickit reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform, reject any booking request, suspend user accounts, or terminate services where:

• Incorrect or misleading information has been provided;
• Fraudulent activity is suspected;
• Payment verification fails;
• A violation of these Terms has occurred;
• An order is received from a competent authority; or
• Continued use may expose ShowTickit, organizers, or other users to legal, financial, or security risks.

3.5 Restricted Users

The Platform must not be used by any person who has previously been suspended or permanently banned by ShowTickit unless prior written approval has been obtained.

Users who attempt to bypass restrictions by creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity may have all associated accounts permanently suspended.

3.6 Business Users

Organizations, companies, institutions, educational establishments, and other business entities using the Platform for corporate or group bookings represent that the individual making the booking has the necessary authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

4. User Registration & Account

Certain features of the Platform may require Users to create an account before accessing or using the Services.

4.1 Account Registration

Users may register using one or more of the following methods, as made available by ShowTickit:

• Mobile Number with OTP Verification
• Email Address
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Other authentication methods introduced by ShowTickit from time to time

ShowTickit reserves the right to modify or discontinue any registration method without prior notice.

4.2 Account Information

Users agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information at all times.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Date of Birth (where applicable)
• Billing Information
• GST Details (if applicable)

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed ticket delivery, unsuccessful bookings, inability to receive refunds, or suspension of the account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, passwords, and devices used to access your account.

You shall be responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify ShowTickit through the official support channels.

4.4 One Account Policy

Unless expressly permitted by ShowTickit, each User may maintain only one personal account.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits, bypass booking limits, commit fraud, or evade account restrictions is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Verification

ShowTickit may require identity verification at any time for security, fraud prevention, payment verification, regulatory compliance, or organizer requirements.

Failure to complete the requested verification may result in temporary suspension of your account or cancellation of bookings.

4.6 Suspension of Account

ShowTickit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:

• False information has been submitted;
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions have occurred;
• Payment disputes or chargebacks have been initiated in bad faith;
• The Platform has been misused;
• These Terms have been violated; or
• Any activity may adversely affect the security or integrity of the Platform.

4.7 Account Closure

Users may request closure of their account by contacting ShowTickit Customer Support.

Closure of an account shall not affect:

• Pending bookings;
• Outstanding payment obligations;
• Refunds already initiated;
• Legal claims;
• Obligations arising prior to account closure.

ShowTickit may retain certain information after account closure where required by law, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, taxation, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

5. Booking Process

The Platform enables Users to browse, select, and book tickets for movies, events, activities, and other entertainment experiences listed on ShowTickit. By placing a booking request, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms imposed by the respective organizer, cinema operator, venue, or partner.

5.1 Booking Procedure

To book a ticket through the Platform, a User shall generally be required to:

• Select the desired movie, event, or activity.
• Select the preferred venue, date, show time, or session.
• Select the ticket category or seat(s), where applicable.
• Review the booking details.
• Make payment using an approved payment method.
• Receive booking confirmation upon successful payment.

A booking shall be deemed successful only after ShowTickit generates a valid Booking ID and confirms the booking through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the User's account.

5.2 Ticket Availability

All tickets displayed on the Platform are subject to availability.

Ticket inventory is managed by the respective cinema operator, venue, or event organizer. Availability may change in real time, and tickets displayed as available at one moment may no longer be available at the time of payment.

ShowTickit does not guarantee the availability of any ticket until the booking has been successfully confirmed.

5.3 Seat Selection

For venues that offer reserved seating, Users may be able to select specific seats during the booking process.

Selected seats are temporarily reserved during the payment process and may be released automatically if payment is not successfully completed within the specified time.

The final allocation of seats remains subject to confirmation by the venue or organizer.

5.4 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Successful payment authorization;
• Receipt of payment by the payment gateway;
• Successful generation of a Booking ID; and
• Issuance of a confirmation message by ShowTickit.

A payment deduction alone shall not be treated as confirmation of a booking.

5.5 Booking Failures

A booking may fail due to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Payment gateway errors;
• Banking network issues;
• Technical failures;
• Session timeout;
• Ticket inventory changes;
• Incorrect payment details;
• Connectivity issues; or
• Other unforeseen technical reasons.

In such cases, ShowTickit shall make reasonable efforts to assist Users in accordance with its support procedures.

5.6 Duplicate Bookings

Users are advised not to make multiple booking attempts for the same event while a payment is being processed.

ShowTickit shall not be responsible for duplicate bookings resulting from repeated payment attempts initiated by the User.

5.7 Incorrect Booking Details

Users are solely responsible for verifying all booking information before completing payment, including:

• Movie or event name;
• Venue;
• Date;
• Show time;
• Ticket category;
• Number of tickets;
• Seat selection; and
• Contact details.

Once confirmed, bookings may not be modified unless expressly permitted by the organizer or applicable law.

5.8 Booking Limits

ShowTickit reserves the right to impose limits on the number of tickets that may be purchased for any movie, event, or activity.

Bookings exceeding such limits may be cancelled without prior notice.

5.9 Fraud Prevention

ShowTickit may refuse, suspend, or cancel any booking if it reasonably believes that:

• Fraudulent activity has occurred;
• Payment has not been properly authorized;
• The booking violates these Terms;
• Automated software or bots have been used;
• Multiple accounts have been created to bypass booking restrictions; or
• The booking poses a security or operational risk.

5.10 Organizer's Right

The respective organizer or cinema operator reserves the right to:

• Cancel bookings;
• Modify seating arrangements;
• Change show timings;
• Replace venues;
• Restrict entry; or
• Impose additional venue-specific conditions.

ShowTickit shall communicate such changes to Users wherever reasonably practicable.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

All ticket prices displayed on the Platform are determined by the respective organizer, cinema operator, exhibitor, venue owner, or business partner.

ShowTickit acts as a booking facilitator and may collect applicable convenience fees and service charges in addition to the ticket price.

6.1 Pricing

The amount payable for a booking may include:

• Base Ticket Price;
• Convenience Fee;
• Internet Handling Charges;
• GST;
• Applicable Government Taxes;
• Payment Gateway Charges (where applicable); and
• Any other charges disclosed during checkout.

The total amount payable shall be displayed before payment confirmation.

6.2 Pricing Changes

Ticket prices may change at any time without prior notice due to:

• Organizer decisions;
• Dynamic pricing;
• Demand fluctuations;
• Government taxation;
• Venue policies; or
• Promotional campaigns.

Price revisions shall not affect bookings that have already been successfully confirmed.

6.3 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform may accept payments through:

• UPI;
• Credit Cards;
• Debit Cards;
• Net Banking;
• Digital Wallets;
• EMI (where available);
• Gift Cards (if introduced);
• Other payment methods approved by ShowTickit.

Availability of payment methods may vary depending upon the transaction.

6.4 Payment Authorization

By making a payment, you authorize ShowTickit and its payment partners to process the transaction using the selected payment method.

ShowTickit does not store complete card details or confidential banking credentials.

6.5 Failed Transactions

Where payment has been initiated but booking confirmation has not been received, Users should first verify their booking status through their account or contact Customer Support.

If payment has been debited but the booking remains unsuccessful, the amount shall generally be reversed by the respective bank or payment provider within the applicable banking timelines.

ShowTickit shall provide reasonable assistance in resolving payment-related issues but shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6.6 Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways employing industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

ShowTickit does not directly collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as CVV numbers, card PINs, or internet banking passwords.

6.7 Taxes

All applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.

Where GST invoices are available, they shall be issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Users requiring GST invoices must provide accurate GST details, if applicable, before completing the booking.

6.8 Convenience Fee

The convenience fee charged by ShowTickit is a service fee for providing online booking facilities and is separate from the ticket price charged by the organizer.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy, convenience fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

6.9 Payment Disputes

If a User disputes a payment or initiates an unjustified chargeback after receiving valid services, ShowTickit reserves the right to:

• Suspend the User's account;
• Recover outstanding amounts;
• Cancel future bookings;
• Restrict access to the Platform; and
• Initiate legal proceedings where necessary.

Users are encouraged to contact ShowTickit Customer Support before initiating any payment dispute with their financial institution.

7. Ticket Confirmation & Delivery

Upon successful completion of a booking, ShowTickit shall generate an electronic ticket ("E-Ticket") or booking confirmation containing the relevant booking details, including but not limited to the Booking ID, event or movie name, venue, date, show time, seat details (where applicable), ticket quantity, and a unique QR Code or barcode for entry.

7.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only when:

• Payment has been successfully received.
• A valid Booking ID has been generated.
• The booking appears in the User's ShowTickit account or confirmation has been sent through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels made available by ShowTickit.

A payment deduction from the User's bank account alone shall not constitute confirmation of a booking.

7.2 Electronic Tickets

Tickets booked through the Platform shall generally be delivered electronically and may be accessed through:

• The ShowTickit Website;
• The ShowTickit Mobile Application (where available);
• Registered Email Address;
• Registered Mobile Number via SMS;
• WhatsApp (where available).

Users are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and accessible.

7.3 QR Code Tickets

Each electronic ticket may contain a unique QR Code or barcode generated solely for the booked event or movie.

The QR Code is valid for a single admission unless otherwise specified.

Any attempt to duplicate, alter, forge, reproduce, share, or misuse a QR Code may result in denial of entry, cancellation of the booking, suspension of the User's account, and legal action where applicable.

7.4 Ticket Verification

Entry to an event or movie may require verification of:

• The original QR Code or barcode;
• Booking confirmation;
• Valid Government-issued Photo Identification;
• Mobile number used during booking; or
• Any additional verification required by the organizer or venue.

Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry if verification requirements are not satisfied.

7.5 Responsibility for Tickets

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their tickets after issuance.

ShowTickit shall not be liable for tickets that are:

• Lost;
• Deleted;
• Shared with unauthorized persons;
• Misused by third parties;
• Printed incorrectly by the User; or
• Used without authorization.

7.6 Delayed Delivery

Although ShowTickit endeavors to deliver electronic tickets immediately upon successful booking, delays may occur due to:

• Internet connectivity;
• Email service interruptions;
• SMS gateway issues;
• WhatsApp service delays;
• Payment gateway verification;
• Technical maintenance; or
• Circumstances beyond ShowTickit's reasonable control.

Users who do not receive their tickets within a reasonable time should contact Customer Support before the commencement of the event.

7.7 Admission to Venue

Possession of a confirmed booking does not automatically guarantee admission.

Admission remains subject to:

• Venue capacity;
• Security checks;
• Compliance with venue rules;
• Government regulations;
• Age restrictions;
• Organizer policies; and
• Any additional conditions imposed by the venue.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

ShowTickit facilitates ticket bookings on behalf of organizers, cinemas, and venue operators. Refunds and cancellations are therefore subject to the policies of the respective organizer unless otherwise stated.

8.1 General Policy

Unless expressly permitted by the organizer, cinema, or applicable law, all confirmed bookings are final.

Tickets once booked are generally:

• Non-refundable;
• Non-transferable;
• Non-exchangeable; and
• Not eligible for date or seat modification.

8.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, Users may be eligible for a refund of the ticket amount in accordance with the organizer's refund policy.

ShowTickit shall process eligible refunds after receiving confirmation and authorization from the organizer.

8.3 Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or shifted to another venue, the decision regarding refunds, ticket validity, or replacement tickets shall rest solely with the event organizer.

ShowTickit shall communicate such decisions to affected Users whenever reasonably practicable.

8.4 Movie Show Cancellation

If a movie show is cancelled by the cinema operator, refund eligibility shall be determined by the cinema's cancellation policy.

8.5 User Cancellation

Where cancellation by the User is permitted, such cancellation shall be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the specific movie, event, or organizer.

If User cancellations are not permitted, no refund shall be payable.

8.6 Convenience Fee

Convenience fees, internet handling charges, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

8.7 Refund Method

Approved refunds shall ordinarily be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Alternative refund methods may be used only where permitted by applicable law or agreed by ShowTickit.

8.8 Refund Timeline

Refund processing timelines depend upon:

• Organizer approval;
• Payment gateway processing;
• Banking systems;
• Applicable regulations; and
• Financial institution policies.

ShowTickit shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment service providers after initiating the refund.

8.9 Incorrect Bookings

Refunds shall generally not be granted for bookings made due to User error, including but not limited to:

• Wrong movie;
• Wrong event;
• Wrong venue;
• Wrong city;
• Wrong date;
• Wrong show timing;
• Wrong ticket quantity; or
• Wrong seat selection.

Users are advised to carefully verify booking details before completing payment.

8.10 No-Show

Failure to attend an event or movie after booking ("No-Show") shall not entitle the User to any refund unless expressly permitted by the organizer.

8.11 Fraudulent Refund Requests

ShowTickit reserves the right to reject refund requests found to be fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported by valid evidence.

9. Movie Ticket Booking & Event Booking Terms

The terms set out in this section apply specifically to movie tickets and event tickets booked through the Platform.

9.1 Organizer Policies

Every organizer, cinema operator, or venue may have additional policies relating to admission, seating, age restrictions, prohibited items, photography, security checks, and conduct.

Users agree to comply with all such policies.

9.2 Changes by Organizers

Organizers may, at their sole discretion:

• Modify event schedules;
• Change artists or performers;
• Change speakers;
• Replace performers;
• Change venues;
• Modify seating layouts;
• Alter event duration; or
• Cancel events.

ShowTickit shall not be responsible for such changes.

9.3 Seating

Seat layouts displayed on the Platform are provided for convenience and may vary from the actual venue configuration.

The organizer or venue reserves the right to modify seating arrangements where operationally necessary.

9.4 Late Entry

Admission after the scheduled commencement of a movie or event shall be subject to the venue's policies.

Late entry may be refused or delayed at the discretion of the organizer or cinema.

No refund shall be payable due to late arrival.

9.5 Age Restrictions

Certain movies or events may have age restrictions imposed by law, the organizer, or certification authorities.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with such restrictions.

The venue may request proof of age before granting admission.

9.6 Security Checks

All attendees may be subject to security screening upon entry.

Entry may be denied where prohibited items are carried or venue rules are violated.

9.7 Photography and Recording

Photography, audio recording, and video recording may be prohibited at certain venues or events.

Users agree to comply with all restrictions imposed by organizers or venue management.

9.8 Venue Rules

Users shall comply with all venue regulations, including rules relating to:

• Food and beverages;
• Smoking;
• Alcohol;
• Weapons;
• Illegal substances;
• Dress codes;
• Parking;
• Crowd management; and
• Emergency procedures.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.

9.9 Force Majeure

Neither ShowTickit nor the organizer shall be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, war, power failures, or other force majeure events.

9.10 Organizer Responsibility

The organizer remains solely responsible for:

• Conducting the event;
• Venue management;
• Event quality;
• Artist performance;
• Safety arrangements;
• Regulatory approvals;
• Licenses; and
• Compliance with applicable laws.

ShowTickit acts solely as an online booking platform and does not assume responsibility for the execution of the event.

10. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, each User agrees to use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. Users shall ensure that their conduct does not adversely affect ShowTickit, event organizers, venue operators, business partners, or other users.

10.1 Accurate Information

Users shall provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information while creating an account, booking tickets, making payments, or communicating with ShowTickit.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of bookings or suspension of the User's account.

10.2 Account Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, OTPs, and devices used to access the Platform.

All activities performed using a User's account shall be deemed to have been carried out by that User unless proven otherwise.

10.3 Compliance with Venue Rules

Users shall comply with all rules, regulations, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by the respective cinema, venue, organizer, security personnel, or government authorities.

Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

10.4 Valid Identification

Where required by the organizer or venue, Users shall carry valid government-issued identification for verification purposes.

Failure to produce valid identification may result in refusal of entry.

10.5 Lawful Conduct

Users shall not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive conduct while using the Platform or attending any event booked through ShowTickit.

10.6 Care of Tickets

Users are responsible for protecting their tickets, booking confirmations, QR Codes, and other booking information from unauthorized access or misuse.

10.7 Compliance with Applicable Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental orders while accessing the Platform or attending any event.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform or violates these Terms.

Without limitation, Users shall not:

11.1 Ticket Misuse

• Purchase tickets for unauthorized commercial resale.
• Duplicate or copy QR Codes.
