How do I book a ticket?
Search for an event, pick your seats, choose a payment option and confirm — your e-ticket will be emailed within seconds.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings cannot be cancelled by the user. If the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, you will receive a full refund automatically.
I didn't receive my ticket. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, visit My Profile → Orders to re-download the ticket, or write to support@showtickit.com.
How do I update my profile or city?
Go to My Profile, edit the field you want and click Save. City changes take effect immediately and update your event recommendations.
Are tickets refundable?
Refunds are issued only when an event is cancelled or rescheduled. The amount is credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
